1. Service Description

Autevia provides AI-powered automation tools for businesses, including:

Autevia Beauty — a salon management platform with AI-powered booking, client management, and chatbot integration for beauty salons, barbershops, and wellness businesses
Smart Table AI Bot — an AI reservation chatbot for restaurants, pubs, bars, and other hospitality venues

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes related to managing your business. In particular, you will not:

Misuse the AI chatbot or use it for purposes other than customer communication
Attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' data
Use the platform to send spam, misleading, or unsolicited messages

4. Data Processing

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

5. Subscription and Payments

Subscription plans and pricing are as displayed on the platform. Cancellation terms will be specified at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice to active subscribers.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autevia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
